Jan Cairnes, CPP

Jan Cairnes is a distinguished leader with over 37 years of experience in substance use disorder prevention, education, and advocacy. Retired as CEO of the Hanley Foundation, she has left an indelible mark on the field through her exceptional contributions. Jan’s tenure at Hanley saw her spearheading Prevention Services for two decades, where she excelled in securing grant funds to offer free programs to schools, churches, and community groups. Under her guidance, the Foundation expanded its mission to include comprehensive programming and grant support for statewide substance use disorder prevention, education, advocacy, and access to quality treatment services.

As a Certified Prevention Professional, Jan recognizes the importance of educating families about addiction and the pivotal role parents play in prevention. Her captivating presentations, coupled with her passion for parenting, have profoundly impacted parents and children alike. Jan co-authored two influential programs, “Bounce: Be a Resilient Child” and “Aging to Perfection,” tailored for different age groups, showcasing her commitment to education.

Jan’s leadership extends beyond Hanley Foundation, having held key positions in various organizations such as Chair of the Florida Alcohol and Drug Abuse Association (FADAA) and member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Florida Behavioral Health Association (FBHA). She currently serves as a dedicated Board Member of the Palm Beach County Behavioral Health Coalition and chairs the System of Care for the Southeast Florida Behavioral Health Network.

As the CEO of Integrated Health Care Systems, Dr. Moe spearheads a mission to be the VOICE of change for primary and behavioral healthcare, envisioning a future where our community embodies true health and wellness.

Martha Putnam, with 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector in behavioral health, serves as the Executive Director of the Ozaukee Nonprofit Center (ONC). Her comprehensive understanding of nonprofit management, including fundraising, program development, strategic planning, and community engagement, makes her an invaluable asset to the ONC. Martha’s leadership fosters collaboration, innovation, and sustainability among nonprofit agencies, driving positive change and advancing the mission of nonprofits in the community. With a focus on building strong partnerships and creating measurable outcomes, Martha ensures that the ONC provides essential resources and support to organizations striving to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives.

Dr. Anthony D. Hamlet, Ed. D.

Dr. Anthony D. Hamlet, Ed.D., is a distinguished leader in education with over three decades of experience, from classroom instruction to overseeing large urban school districts. As President and CEO of CSI Strategies LLC in Delray Beach, FL, Dr. Hamlet leads a consultancy dedicated to revolutionizing educational systems through equity-driven policies and instructional leadership. With a robust academic background, including a Doctor of Education from Nova Southeastern University and advanced studies at Harvard University, Dr. Hamlet applies cutting-edge strategies to his consultancy and teaching roles.

Formerly the Superintendent of Pittsburgh Public Schools, Dr. Hamlet implemented groundbreaking reforms that improved student achievement and reduced disciplinary issues. He also held key leadership roles in the School District of Palm Beach County, garnering five Principal of the Year awards for his transformative leadership. As an adjunct professor, Dr. Hamlet influences the next generation of educational leaders at institutions like Nova Southeastern University.

Dr. Hamlet’s contributions have earned national recognition, including being twice a finalist for the Green Garner Award as Urban Superintendent of the Year. Beyond his professional roles, he actively contributes to educational committees and boards, advocating for effective governance and transformative leadership in education.

Carol’s versatile career spans clinical, administrative, and strategic roles, showcasing her adaptability. As COO, she shapes strategy, fosters operational excellence, and inspires her team with empathy and vision. Beyond her role, Carol advocates for awareness and evidence-based practices, ensuring continual enhancement of her work. Carol Fiddis is a dynamic leader driving excellence in addiction treatment.
